Although the pandemic continues to cast its shadow, the time has come for us to emerge from this period of shutdown and pursue the activities we’ve been longing for. For those eagerly awaiting Nepal’s reopening, the country is now prepared to welcome travelers once more. With our Risk-Free Booking Policy, travelers can confidently plan their future trips to Nepal, accompanied by additional travel benefits. Our following segment delves into the advantages one can enjoy with our new “Book with Confidence” policy.

However, it’s important to note that this policy applies solely to new bookings for trips to Nepal.

Our Risk-Free Booking Policy offers you the following advantages:

  • Reserve your preferred trip with just 20% of the total trip cost; pay the remaining amount upon your arrival in Nepal.
  • No fees will be levied if you decide to postpone your trip, provided you notify us at least 5 day before the originally scheduled dates.
  • Enjoy peace of mind with our secure and risk-free policy; postponing your trip ahead of time (with a minimum notice of 1 day) will not result in any extra charges.
  • If you need to select a new date for your tour due to scheduling conflicts, fret not! You can reschedule without penalty. However, please remember to inform us at least 30 days before your newly chosen travel dates.
  • This policy is effective immediately and has no expiration date (until you confirm your tour). Hence, you can take advantage of this flexible time policy for any tours or treks booked within the specified timeframe.

All our trips are currently open for booking under our “Book with Confidence” policy. This means that even amid COVID-19 travel restrictions, you can extend your trip to a future date without any additional charges from the original departure date. To do so, please notify us at least 30 days in advance of the new departure date, as we may need sufficient time to arrange the necessary logistics. Trip cancellations within this timeframe require written notice for processing.

Our flexible and risk-free policies allow you to postpone your tour without incurring extra costs, even after confirming your booking. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we’re here to accommodate any unexpected issues or contextual problems that may arise. Please inform us at least a week before your scheduled departure date if you need to make any such adjustments. Rest assured, this is an ideal way to secure your future trip at current prices for a later date!

Regarding Trip Cancellations:

Please be aware that any trip cancellations, whether planned or last-minute, will still require the initial 20% of the total trip amount to be retained by us as a deposit. This 20% security deposit applies to all trip cancellations. Once a tour is scheduled, extensive logistics are put into place, and thus we must adhere to our cancellation policies. Unfortunately, the arrangements made in Nepal cannot be reversed, and therefore the deposit money cannot be refunded. Consequently, you will be responsible for covering the aforementioned amount as a trip cancellation fee.

If you have paid more than 20% when booking the trip, the cancellation fee will be adjusted to 20%, and the excess amount will be refunded via the original payment method. The 20% deposit is non-refundable and is applicable immediately upon confirmation of the booking.

However, if you prefer not to cancel the trip and forfeit the deposit, we strongly recommend considering the option to postpone your trip to a later date at no additional cost. Therefore, we encourage our travelers to take advantage of our complimentary trip postponement policy.
