Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu (1400m/4593ft), our dedicated tour officer will warmly welcome you. Look out for a play card with your name outside the airport terminal. After meeting and greeting you with an auspicious garland, our officer will escort you to your hotel in a private tourist vehicle. At the hotel, a pre-trip meeting will be conducted to brief you about the overall program. You'll meet your guide, have any questions addressed, and finalize details. Take this opportunity to clear any outstanding balances and provide a readable copy of your travel insurance policy. The rest of the day is yours to relax and acclimatize. Overnight at the hotel.

Early morning, our guide will pick you up at the hotel and escort you to the domestic terminal of Kathmandu airport. Board a scenic 40-minute flight to Lukla on Heli, offering breathtaking views of the Himalayas. Upon landing at Tenzing-Hillary Airport, meet your porter who will carry your luggage. Embark on a three-hour trek, passing through picturesque landscapes, a ceremonial gatehouse (Kani), Kyangma village, and the charming village of Cheplung. Cross the Dudh Koshi River via a suspension bridge and ascend to Phakding. Overnight at a cozy mountain lodge.

Continuing along the Dudh Koshi River, trek past Bhattis (porter rest houses) and a hydroelectric project. Enjoy views of Thamserku peak and pass through villages like Toktok, Benkar, and Chumoa. After crossing suspension bridges, arrive at the outskirts of Monjo village, where the Sagarmatha National Park checkpoint is located. The trail then leads to Jorsale, through dense pine forests, and eventually to Namche Bazaar. Overnight at a mountain lodge.

Today is dedicated to acclimatization to prevent Altitude Sickness. Take a hike to Shyangboche, cross a grass airstrip, and visit the Everest View Hotel for stunning views of Mt. Everest. Continue to Khumjung, the largest Sherpa village, and explore its monasteries and treasures, including a Yeti Skull. Optionally, visit the Sagarmatha National Park Visitor Center to learn about Himalayan flora, fauna, and Sherpa culture. Overnight at a mountain lodge.

After breakfast, follow the trail north, passing a giant Mani in Chhorkung and reaching a viewpoint with panoramic vistas. Trek to Tengboche, descending towards the river through Lawichasa, Tashinga, and Phunki Thenga. Cross a bridge and ascend through a rhododendron forest, passing Kani and chortens to reach Tengboche. Explore the Tengboche Gompa, housing elaborate wall hangings, a 20-foot Buddha sculpture, and the belongings of the Lamas. Overnight at a mountain lodge.

On this trekking day, you'll embark on a scenic journey towards Dingboche, a picturesque village nestled in the heart of the Himalayas. Starting from your previous stop, you'll trek along winding trails that offer breathtaking views of towering peaks, lush valleys, and cascading rivers. As you ascend higher into the mountains, you'll feel the crisp mountain air invigorating your senses. Along the way, you'll pass through quaint Sherpa villages adorned with colorful prayer flags fluttering in the wind, providing a glimpse into the rich local culture and traditions. Upon reaching Dingboche, you'll be greeted by panoramic vistas of snow-capped peaks, including the majestic Ama Dablam. Take some time to acclimatize to the altitude and explore the charming village, surrounded by stunning natural beauty. Enjoy a warm meal and rest in preparation for the adventures that lie ahead on your trekking journey. Overnight at a mountain lodge.
