Itinerary

Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, our dedicated tour officer will be present to greet you. You will easily identify them by the prominently displayed placard bearing your name outside the airport terminal. A warm welcome awaits you with a traditional garland, and you will be escorted to your designated hotel in a private tourist vehicle. At the hotel, the officer will assist you with the check-in process and conduct a pre-trip meeting. This meeting will provide an overview of the entire program, introduce your guide, and address any questions or concerns you may have. Please take this opportunity to settle any outstanding balances and submit a legible copy of your travel insurance policy. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Take a step for your Everest Three Pass adventure with a spectacular 40-minute flight from Tribhuwan International Airport to Lukla, offering panoramic views of the Langtang and Annapurna Himalayan ranges. Upon arrival in Lukla, savor a fresh and hygienic breakfast before commencing a 3-hour trek to Phakding. The trail leads you down to the Thado Koshi River, crossing picturesque suspension bridges and charming villages, culminating in an overnight stay in the serene greenery of Phakding. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Rimishung Monastery and kick start your acclimatization process at this ideal altitude.

An early morning trek from Phakding, tracing the Dudh Koshi River's banks, crossing the iconic Hillary Suspension Bridge, and immersing yourself in the breathtaking Himalayan scenery. As you approach Namche Bazaar, catch the first glimpse of Everest on the horizon. Explore the narrow passages of Namche, chat with locals, visit monasteries, and enjoy the weekly Haat Bazar if you arrive on a Tuesday. This bustling village provides the perfect opportunity to purchase souvenirs and immerse yourself in the local culture.

Take a well-deserved acclimatization day in Namche with two enticing options. Begin your morning with a 2-hour hike to Syangboche for a sunrise spectacle over the Himalayas. Indulge in breakfast at Everest View Hotel, marveling at Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, and more. Alternatively, embark on a full-day excursion to Khumjung village, a 4-5 hour hike featuring monasteries and mesmerizing Himalayan vistas, enriched by the community infrastructure legacy of Sir Edmund Hillary.

Depart from Namche and head towards Thame village, tracing the Bhotekoshi River through pine and rhododendron forests. Pass through Thamo and Thamo Gompa, descending to the Khumbu Hydroelectric plant before reaching Thame, the end of the Khumbu valley. Thame, home to renowned Sherpa mountaineers like Apa Sherpa and the childhood home of Tenzing Norgay Sherpa, offers a cultural and historical immersion.

Experience diverse landscapes as you trek through villages, forests, and uneven terrain. Explore Thyangmoche, Phurte, and Marulung villages, reaching Lungden, where the old trade route to Tibet, Nakpa valley, awaits exploration. An exhilarating day, crossing the first pass, Renjo La, and traversing to the Gokyo lakes region. Marvel at the panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, Cho Oyu, and the third Gokyo Lake, Dudh Pokhari. Navigate the icy trail and relish the snowy landscapes, arriving at Gokyo village for an unforgettable Himalayan experience.

Take a well-deserved rest day in Gokyo, ascending Gokyo Ri for mesmerizing views of Thonak Tsho lake and Ngozuma Tsho lake. Embark on an exhilarating journey as we commence our trek from Thangnak to Dzongla via the challenging Cho La Pass (5420m), a demanding 6-7 hours walk. Starting early in the morning offers the best chance to relish the breathtaking views from the high pass before the weather takes a turn. The trail descends into the valley, gradually revealing the towering wall of Cho La Pass. Traverse rocky trails and glacial moraines, making each step a testament to your adventurous spirit. Dzongla awaits as the day concludes, promising a night of rest after conquering Cho La Pass and soaking in the panoramic views of Everest and the Himalayas.

Embark on a 4-hour trek from Dzongla to Lobuche (4910m), beginning with a short descent to a river. Traverse the mesmerizing landscapes around Lake Cholatse Pokhari, offering stunning views of Ama Dablam and other Himalayan peaks. Rejoining the classic Everest Base Camp Trek, follow the moraine and descend alongside Chola Lake, passing poignant memorial statues. The hike to Lobuche promises enjoyment as we trace the trails of the Imja Khola Valley, reveling in the beauty of the surroundings.

This day marks the pinnacle of your journey as we trek from Lobuche to Everest Base Camp and return to Gorak (5180m) in a challenging 6-8 hours expedition. Traverse the lateral moraine of Khumbu Glacier, reaching Gorak Shep before making the ascent to Everest Base Camp. Marvel at the iconic peaks surrounding you and embrace the sense of accomplishment. After soaking in the views, descend to Gorak Shep for an overnight stay, cherishing the memories of reaching the Everest Base Camp.

Embark on an early morning hike to Kalapatthar Viewpoint, unveiling the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Everest. Witness the grandeur of Everest, Pumori, Khumbutse, Nuptse, Lhotse, and Lingtren up-close. The trek to Kalapatthar (5555m) provides a unique opportunity to capture the dawn breaking at Everest, creating lasting memories. After relishing the sunrise, descend to Gorak Shep for lunch before continuing the journey to Lobuche.

Embark on a thrilling adventure as we trek from Lobuche to Chhukung via the challenging Kongma La Pass (5535m). Ascend through frozen lakes, encountering a mummy-wrapped crane marking the pass. Revel in panoramic views of Lhotse, Makalu, Baruntse, and Ama Dablam before descending into Chhukung Village, a popular acclimatization spot.

Descend through the Imja Khola valley, passing Dingboche with its stone-walled potato fields, and reach Tengboche (3855m) in 5 hours. Enjoy awe-inspiring views of Ama Dablam, Everest, Nuptse, and Lhotse from the Tengboche viewpoint. Explore the oldest monastery in the Khumbu region, Tengboche Gompa, before settling in for the night.

Embark on a picturesque journey from Tengboche to Namche Bazaar (3440m), passing through lush pine trees, Thasinga, and Kyangjuma. Marvel at the beauty of Thamserku and Kangtega as the trail winds above the valley, providing glimpses of nature's beauty in Sanasa. Reach Namche Bazaar, a bustling hub, as you conclude the day's trek.

On the last day of the trek, trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2850m) in 6-7 hours. Traverse a steep rocky trail, cross suspension bridges over the Dudh Koshi River, and pass through rhododendron and pine forests. The dreamlike Sherpa villages unfold before you as you approach Lukla, carrying back a treasure trove of revitalizing memories.

Conclude your adventure with a 30-minute flight back to Kathmandu from Lukla. Upon arrival, return to your hotel, freshen up, and savor a delightful lunch as you reminisce about the incredible journey through the majestic landscapes of the Solukhumbu district.

The trip concludes, and our tour officer will transfer you to Kathmandu International Airport for your departure from Nepal.
