Progressing through picturesque villages like Jagat, Tal, Chame, Upper Pisang, Manang, Khangsar, Yak Kharka, and Mukatinath, the trail leads to the captivating Tilicho Lake from Khangsar. The ascent to Thorang La Pass at 5,416 meters, the world’s second-longest and challenging pass, offers a life-changing experience. The descent leads to Muktinath, a revered pilgrimage site for both Hindus and Buddhists, adorned with the allure of Mukatinath temple, 108 water spouts, Buddhist monasteries, and the unique rain shadow areas of Nepal.
